CRIME NO.1199/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.331/2022 in Crl.OP.22132/2021 dated 19.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.331 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22132 of 2021 on 19.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police monthly once, until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
