quash the proceedings in CC.No.21 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Kallakurichi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial in the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
