ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6271 of 2022 IN CRL OP.672/2022 THANGAMANI [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, DENKANIKOTTAI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.476/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2233/2022 in Crl.OP.No.672 of 2022 dated 02.03.2022 the petitioner is directed to appear before the town Police Station Cuddalore once in every Week on every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders in Cr.No.476 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police Station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2233 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.672 of 2022 on 02.03.2022 to appear before the town police station, Cuddalore once in a week on every Saturday at 10.30. a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
