(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as R3 in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/proposed respondent submitted that the petitioner / proposed respondent being a successful bidder in the auction conducted by the learned Master on 01.03.2023 for sale of the subject property, the outcome of this appeal would have a binding effect on him and hence, he may be impleaded as R3 in this appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the parties have no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having regard to the fact that the petitioner / proposed respondent being a successful bidder in the auction conducted in respect of the subject property, is a proper and necessary party, this court is inclined to implead him as party respondent to this appeal. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
