Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the respondents more particularly 3rd respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioners dated 14.2.2025 against the order of the 4th respondent issuing patta No.142, 17704, 18594 with respect to survey No.262/1, 262/4, PUZHAL village, Madhavaram Taluk Chennai district and accordingly cancel the said pattas in the name of the individuals comprised in the patta and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue patta in favour of the petitioners in accordance with the sale deeds executed in favour of the petitioners For Petitioner(s):

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.
2. The petitioners seek for an early disposal of the petitioners' appeal dated 14.02.2024, pending on the file of the third respondent. 3.
Eventhough impleading application has been filed by Mr. K.Kabilan in W.P. No.22302 of 2025, the said application is unnecessary since
Mr. K.Kabilan is already a party respondent in the appeal filed by the petitioners pending before the third respondent. Hence, W.P. No.22302 of 2025 is closed.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal pending before the third respondent is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' appeal.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' appeal dated 14.02.2024, which is pending on the file of the third respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No Costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
