2. This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Arbitral Award for a further period of 12 months w.e.f. 14.03.2025 until 13.03.2026. 1/3

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time as prayed for.
