In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 132 days in filing the appeal suit stands condoned and this petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 31.01.2020, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
