This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decreetal order of I.A.No.123 of 2012 in CMA CFR.No.3432 of 2012 on the file fo the District Judge of Nilgiris at Ootacamund.

2. After arguing the matter at length when this Court is not inclined to pass orders in favour of the petitioner, learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, petitioner is permitted to withdraw without liberty to file any fresh petition.
