OP No.197 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The Original Petition has been filed for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 16.12.1992 left behind by late of K.Varadan @ K.Varadaraja Mudaliar, who died on 21.05.1994. The petitioners are the beneficiaries cum brother's grand children of the said deceased K.Varadan @ K.Varadaraja Mudaliar.
2. The 4th petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased K.Varadan @ K.Varadaraja Mudaliar as Ex.P5. The Original Will dated 16.12.1992 has been produced as Ex.P2. The death certificate of brothers and sisters of the testator have been filed as Exs.P3, P4, P6, P7, P8, P9. Though a publication has been made regarding the claim, no objections have been received.
3. The 3rd petitioner has been examined as P.W.2. He has filed an proof affidavit stating that the attesting witness namely G.Ramesh died on 27.11.2017. The petitioners have also examined one Mrs.Bhavani, as P.W.3. She is the daughter of the second attesting witness namely V.R.Sivalingam. She has identified the signature of her father in the Will. She has produced the Aadhar Card to prove her identity as Ex.P13 and the death Certificate of the deceased V.R.Sivalingam, as Ex.P14 http://www.judis.nic.in

In view of the above, this Original Petition is allowed issuing a Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners in respect of the Will dated 16.12.1992 of the deceased K.Varadan @ K.Varadaraja Mudaliar.
