(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025 and permit the convict prison viz., Rathinam (Convict Prisoner No. 20221), S/o. Rengasamy on parole for a further period of 20 days from 23.03.2025.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that pending the Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected through proceedings of the Superintendent of Prison dated 20.03.2025.
3. As the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection, if he chooses to do so. No Costs.
