O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for speedy disposal of O.S.No.216 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Court, Perambalur.
2. The petitioner filed the suit against the respondent, for declaration of his status as legal heir of Gopal and Palaniammal and for mandatory injunction.
3.Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendants have already filed the written statement and the plaintiff has also given evidence as P.W.l. But, subsequently, one Sathyavathy filed a petition under Order 1 Rule 10(ii) and Section 151 of C.P.C., to implead her as defendant in the suit. Thereafter, the suit is being adjourned without any justifiable reason.

4. In view of the facts that the District Munsif Court, Perambalur, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2309 of 2014 in O.S.No.216 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
