This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 03.08.2015 in CSR No.159 of 2015 given by the petitioner and to take action against the person mentioned in the complaint and also to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.358 of 2015 under Sections 294(b) & 506(ii) I.P.C.
