Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing this revision petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in this revision petition.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent that, due to pendency of the present revision petition, the calender case in C.C.No.353 of 2019 is pending from the year 2019 without any progress. Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Salem, is hereby directed to proceed with the case and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 13.03.2025 ms Page No.2/4
