When the matter was listed on 12.02.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and he sought time to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Even till today, the petitioner failed to take any step to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
