ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341, 427 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.39 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. The First Information Report against the petitioners is that he and his family members hurted the de facto complainant causing injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is case and case in counter.

5. However the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the injured person is still in hospital and getting treatment for the injuries he sustained in the attack.
