JUDGMENT

(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) Learned counsel for both sides have filed a Joint Memo, stating that the Management and the Workman have entered into a settlement under Section 18 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947, on 28.04.2023 and, therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these appeals.

2. Recording the said Joint Memo, dated 28.04.2023, these Writ Appeals are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.16235 of 2021 is closed.

Learned counsel for the Management has submitted that if necessary application is presented for claiming E.P.F. amount from E.P.F.O., the Management/employer will sign the forms so as to enable the employee to receive Provident Fund benefit from the Department.
