2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final report and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
