These are applications to condone the delay, bring on record and to set aside the abatement and to bring the LRs on record.

2. Heard Mr.C.V.Vijayakumar on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for Madras Port Trust.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. The delay is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the LR petition stands allowed and the petitions stand allowed.

4. Post the Second Appeal on 19.06.2023.
