Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent issued in G.O.(1D)No.49. P&AR Department dated 06.03.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion as Principal Private Secretary as on 27.01.2017 in the light of the orders already issued by the Government in G.O.(Rt).No.293, Public (Special. A) Department dated 27.01.2017 within a a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.T.Ranganathan in both W.Ps.
