JUDGMENT

The defendants are before this Court, seeking earliest disposal of the suit in O.S.No.553 of 2011 filed by the respondents, seeking declaration of title as well as permanent injunction.

2. No notice is necessary for the respondents/plaintiffs as this Court intends to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and by passing the said order, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents. Hence, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Taking into consideration the suit has been filed in the year 2011 and it is ripe for trial, it is appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter on or before 31.08.2015 as per law.
