The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to declare the probation of the petitioners and sanction annual increment from 2016, by conferring all the consequential service benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners made a submission that the writ petitioners were appointed as cook and posted at various Government Schools. The services of the writ petitioners were regularized with effect from 09.09.2011. However, the probation in respect of the writ petitioners are not declared and therefore, they are unable to get their annual increment and other consequential benefits. In this regard, the writ petitioners have made common representation on 20.05.2017 and individual representation on 07.07.2017.

3. Without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners on 20.05.2017 and 07.07.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
