Common Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C., to set aside the fair and decreetal orders dated 25.11.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.111 & 118 of 2013 in A.S.No.51 of 2012 respectively, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.C.Prakasam For Respondents in both CRPs For R1 & R2 : Mr.S.Jaganathan Government Advocate (CS) For R3 : Mr.N.Manokaran COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are directed as against the fair and decreetal orders dated 25.11.2015 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, in I.A.Nos.111 & 118 of 2013 in A.S.No.51 of 2012 respectively, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner for appointment of Advocate Commissioner and to compare the signature of the petitioner with the documents in Sub Registrar Officer. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both petitions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions. 3.

Considering the submission, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the appellate Court viz., the Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram is directed to dispose the appeal suit in

A.S.No.51 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
