This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner as modified in the order dated 12.01.2023 in Crl.MP.No.442 of 2023 to appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 12.01.2023 as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 07.30 p.m., until further orders.
