O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8082 of 2020 dated 05.06.2020 for another two weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed the petitioner to execute a bond before the concerned Magistrate on or before 04.07.2020. However, the order was uploaded in the web only on 04.07.2020 and thereby, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order. He would further submit that in due compliance of the order in clause A, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
