Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the corpus of the detenus namely Mrs.Amuthavalli, wife of Maruthupandian, aged about 24 years, Minor M.Sathana, D/o.Maruthupandian aged about 6 years residing at Door No.10C, 60 Feet Road, Ramasamy Gounder Layout, Aatha Compound, Velliangadu, Thiruppur-641604 from the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent before this Court and hand over them to the petitioner herein.
