Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1970/71 to punish the respondents for contempt of the order passed in W.P. No. 14453 of 2013 dated 17.05.2013.

By order dated 03.10.2018, it has been recorded that the order of this Court has been complied with by passing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ an order dated 07.08.2018 by the respondents by paying arrears as well as revised pension to the petitioners and

the copy of the said order was also served upon the learned counsel for the petitioners on that day. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners wanted to verify with his clients with regard to the order passed by the respondents on 07.08.2018.

When the matter is called today, even today, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to verify. 3.

More than eight months have elapsed and in spite of passing of eight months, the learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken efforts to verify from his party with regard to the compliance of the order passed by this Court.

The order of the respondents dated 03.08.2018 would show that the order of this Court has been complied with. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed.
