PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5949 of 2022 IN CRL.R.C.NO.433 of 2022 T.M.KRISHNA KUMAR [ PETITIONER/APPELLANT/ACCUSED ] Vs N.KALIAPPAN [ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of 2 months to deposit the amount of Rs.10,80,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Eighty Thousand only) as the condition of this Hon`ble Court imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4473 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.433 of 2022 by its order dated 06.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the conditional order dated 06.04.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4473 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.433 of 2022. 2.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for complying with the conditional order dated 06.04.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4473 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.433 of 2022, is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
