ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Family Judge, Dharmapuri, to dispose of the HMOP.No.41 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's right has been unduly restricted, particularly in the contest of ensuring the speedy disposal of HMOP.No. 41 of 2025, on the file of Family Court, Dharmapuri, He further submitted that both parties are employed as teachers, and therefore, prolonged pendency of the proceedings would cause hardship to them.

4. Considering the above submissions and facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of HMOP.NO.41 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
