2.In the Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 03.02.2015, due to inadvertent mistake, the word "no" is missing in the sentence and the same shall be read as follows:- "6.

..............that acquisition proceedings have already been quashed and no further action has been taken by the Government to initiate further proceedings........."

This Petition is clarified accordingly.
