C.M.P.No.8106 of 2022 in C.R.P.SR.No.45331 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J., This petition is filed to dispense with the production of the fair and decretal order dated 21.02.2022 made in OP Sr.No.5126 of 2021 passed by the learned District Judge, Chengalpet.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter under challenge is the written order of the learned District Judge, Chengalpet, dated 21.02.2022 made in OP.Sr.No.5126 of 2021 filed by the petitioner for appointment of guardian. The original petition itself is produced along with written endorsement and hence, it may not be possible for the Court below to furnish the certified copy of the fair and decretal order.
