JUDGMENT
When the second appeal was taken up for hearing on 23.09.2015, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant died on 05.11.2013 and at his request the second appeal was posted next week for taking steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record.
Though sufficient time has been given, the learned counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
