C.M.P.No.8888 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 166 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner in the above CRP.

2.C.M.P.No.8890 of 2019 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner in the above CRP.

3.C.M.P.No.8892 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased Mohideen Tahmbi as petitioners 2 to 8 in the above CRP. 4.It is represented by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that he has no objection to these petitions.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these petitions are ordered.
