..Respondent(s) PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2026 and to allot the lease right for fishing in the Kesarkuli Allah Dam, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District for the period of five years ( 2026- 2027 to 2030- 2031) to the 3rd respondent society in which the petitioners are members. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2026 and to grant fishing lease rights in Kesarkuli Allah Dam, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, for the period of five years (2026-2027 to 2030-2031) to the 3rd respondent Society in which the petitioners are members.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had made a representation dated 10.03.2026 seeking grant of fishing leae rights in Kesarkuli Allah Dam, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, for a period of five years (03.03.2021 to 02.03.2026) in favour of the 3rd respondent Society. However, no orders have been passed till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the official respondents would lease out the property strictly in accordance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6819 of 2023, dated 21.06.2023 and in terms of R.S.O .211.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
