ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.168 of 2021 pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above suit was filed by the petitioner/plaintiff against the respondents/defendants for declaration and permanent injunction. Despite summons have been sent to the defendants, they have not filed any written statement and hence, they have been remained set exparte. The respondents/defendants have tresspassed into the suit property belonging to the petitioner/plaintiff. He would further submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen, is a heart patient and therefore, he is unable to attend the Court hearings from Chennai to Chengalpattu. The respondents have not produced any single document to prove their claim over the suit property and they have to prolong the matter without any proper reason. Therefore, he seeks a direction to dispose of the suit pending before the Court below. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 168 of 2021 pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, as expeditiously as possible in the manner known to law without giving unnecessary adjourments to the parties. The parties are directed to co-operate for trial.

With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
