Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in Cr.M.P.No.06/Sexual Offender/2022/C1 dated 21.03.2022 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Gurusamy, son of Murugan, aged about 44 years, who is now detained in the Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

(Mady by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu died in the prison on 26.08.2022. Hence, nothing survives in this habeas corpus petition and accorindly, the same stands closed.
