O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 392 IPC in Crime No.86 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The Case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant one Revathy is that on 19.03.2018, while she was traveling in her two wheeler, three persons have waylaid her and snatched her chain. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent person and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the arrested accused have been enlarged on bail. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would vehemently oppose stating that it is a case where the petitioners had snatched the gold chain owned by the defacto complainant when she was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

traveling in her two wheeler.

5. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
