The petitioner is the husband of the respondent. The respondent/wife filed HMOP No.253 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, Puducherry, for divorce.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.253 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Puducherry and to transfer the same to the file of Subordinate Court, Villupuram.

3.Since, the wife resides at Puducherry she has right to file H.M.O.P. at Puducherry. Therefore, I am not inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.253 of 2013 from Family Court, Puducherry to Subordinate Court, Villupuram.
