This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.27813 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the the conditions imposed by this court.

4. In view of the said submissions of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.27813 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022.
