O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.3719 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer F.C.O.P.No.3719 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Court, Chennai to the file of Sub Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He also prayed for speedy disposal of F.C.O.P.No.3719 of 2016.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in F.C.O.P.No.3719 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Court, Chennai is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Krishnagiri. Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to F.C.O.P.No.3719 of 2016 to the file of Sub Court, Krishnagiri, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such transfer, the learned Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri is directed to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.3719 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months thereafter.

5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
