COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of H.M.O.P. Nos.106 of 2023 and 9 of 2020, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam. One H.M.O.P. No.9 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner, who is the husband, seeking for dissolution of marriage and the other H.M.O.P. No. 106 of 2023 was filed by the wife, seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. In both the H.M.O.Ps. pleadings are complete.

3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P. Nos.106 of 2023 and 9 of 2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of H.M.O.P. Nos.106 of 2023 and 9 of 2020.

5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, in both the Civil Revision Petitions, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

6. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of by directing the Sub Court, Mettupalayam to dispose of H.M.O.P. Nos.106 of 2023 and 9 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
