O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to the Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's application dated 18.10.2023.

2.Since the application submitted by the petitioner with the respondents 2 and 3 seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries is old one, the petitioner has to submit a fresh application. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 3 to 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with in this writ petition.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh application. The said undertaking is recorded.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the 2nd respondent, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries and for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the subject property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the 3rd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate all the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ

Petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5, neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deem fit to put on notice. Once the survey and demarcation of boundaries is completed, the 3rd respondent shall, if the petitioner is found eligible for the grant of separate patta, consider the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of separate patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner. The 3rd respondent shall complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
