ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 04.01.2016 passed in E.P.No.177 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.78 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement dated 07.12.2021 to the Registry of this Court to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No's.3552 and 3553 of 2016 are closed.
