COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of I.A.Nos.3 and 3 of 2025 in O.S.Nos.132 and 133 of 2025 filed by the petitioner seeking rejection of the plaint in the said suits, on the file of the Sub Court, Palacode.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent in both the civil revision petitions, notice to the respondent in both the civil revision petitions is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The petitioner claims that she has been declared as the owner of the property by this court in another legal proceedings. Despite the same, according to the petitioner, the respondents have filed false and frivolous suits in O.S.No.132 and 133 of 2025 before the Sub Court, Palacode. According to the petititoner, both the suits will have to be rejected as per the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 CPC. Hence, the petitioner seeks early disposal of the I.A.Nos.3 and 3 of 2025 in O.S.Nos.132 and 133 of 2025.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Palacode to dispose of I.A.Nos.3 and 3 of 2025 in O.S.Nos.132 and 133 of 2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the said IAs.

5. After giving due consideration to the grounds raised for filing these civil revision petitions and after giving due consideration to the year of the filing of IAs, this Court directs the Sub Court, Palacode to dispose of I.A.Nos.3 and 3 of 2025 in O.S.Nos.132 and 133 of 2025, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
