(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) W.M.P.No.11133 of 2019 has been filed to implead the proposed petitioners herein, as respondents 4 to 6.

2. W.M.P.No.11659 of 2019, has been filed to implead Tamil Nadu Marundhaalunargal Nala Sangam, as respondent.

3. Though Mr.J.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.8746 of 2019, submitted that a writ petition, challenging virus of the rules, private parties need not be impleaded, but can be permitted as interveners, nevertheless serious objections not made, for the proposed respondents, to be impleaded.

4. Placing on record the above, W.M.P.Nos.11133 and 11659 of 2019, are ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments, wherever required.

6. Post on 15.04.2019.
