Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to issue the Work Order, in their favour, carrying out the construction work of the temple house and attached front hall, of A/m. Pon Andichiamman Temple, situated in Kannivadi Village, Dharmapuram Taluk and consequently, forbear the third respondent, their men and agents from in any way interfering with the construction of the said temple house and front hall.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners has circulated a letter, dated 27.06.2016, praying for withdrawal of this writ petition. He would further submit that the second respondent / Temple has issued a Work Order, dated 08.06.2016, and therefore, prays leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

2. This Court heard the submissions of Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent, Mr. K.Sudhakar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent that the third respondent is aggrieved by the above said work order.

4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The work order, dated 08.06.2016, issued by the second respondent / Temple is taken on file and the same is placed on record. If the third respondent is aggrieved by the above said work order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, before the competent forum. No costs.
