O R D E R
The case has been registered based on the complaint given by the complainant in C.S.R.No.370 of 2024 by the respondent police and the petitioner herein called for enquiry by issuing summon dated 30.03.2024. The petitioner refused to receive the summon and rushed to this Court stating that the police is harassing the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the summon, which is admitted to be served on the petitioner herein.

On perusal of the summon, this Court finds that the petitioner has refused to receive the summon and therefore, there is no progress in the investigation; otherwise there is no indication that the petitioner has been subjected to any harassment by the police.

In view o the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and as and when the summon is received, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the investigation. In case any
disobedience and violation on the part of the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to take coercive steps against the petitioner. 05.04.2024 Index:yes/no Speaking order/non speaking order ari To:
