O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 23.04.2025, this Court passed the following order :

"Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Post this case at the end of the motion list on 30.04.2025. In the meantime, the Additional Government Pleader shall take instructions as to whether any appeal was filed against the order passed in W.P.No.3476 of 1999 dated 10.04.2008."

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on oral instructions, submitted that the order dated 10.04.2008 passed in W.P.No.3476 of 1999 was not put to challenge by way of filing an appeal.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to pass necessary orders based on the representation made by the petitioner on 21.01.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. 30.04.2025 gya 3/4
