These three petitions have been filed i) to condone the delay of 624 days in filing the petition to set aide the abatement, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 14th respondent and iii) also to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 14th respondent as respondents 16 to 18 in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and taking note of the dispute between the parties and also the legal heirs are to be brought on record for final adjudication, these three petitions are Ordered.
