Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on Crl.OP.No.17379 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent CCB -1 Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MADHUPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17379 of 2021 on 27.09.2021 to appear before the respondent CCB-I police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
