Respondents (R4 and R5 amended as per orders, dated 17.06.2019 in W.M.P.No.13307 of 2019) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation, dated 01.08.2017 made by the petitioner in the light of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Safai Karamchari Andolan & others Vs. Union of India and others reported in 2014 (3) CTC 177 in which a compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- was ordered for the death of the persons involving in Manual Scavenging Work within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court and also to take other adequate steps for the rehabilitation of her family.
